Welcome to the Learning 2.0 @ SIAST blog!
If you’ve found your way here you’re probably interested in learning about and playing around with some new Web 2.0 tools.
Learning 2.0 @ SIAST is an online learning program that encourages SIAST employees to learn more about emerging technologies on the web that are changing the way people access information and communicate with one another. SIAST Library and Testing Services staff completed the program in the spring of 2008 and now we are opening it up for everyone to discover!
This website highlights 10 Web 2.0 tools. Each tool has a discovery activity to help participants become familiar with blogging, RSS feeds, video and image hosting sites, wikis, and social bookmarking (just to name a few).
The goal is to have fun and discover what Web 2.0 all about!
